Agricultural Loans

As you well know, agriculture is a big part of our community's lifestyle. And as a part of that community, our bank believes that we should invest in such a lifestyle.

Our agriculture loans range from tractors & livestock to many acres of farmland, and everything in between.

Consumer Unsecured Loans

Also known as "signature" loans, or "personal" loans, these loans are not as common as the consumer secured loans.

Rates for these loans tend to be higher than a consumer secured loans because of the risk involved for the lender.

Only the most qualified borrower will qualify for one of these loans.

Residential Loans

Our bank offers two types of residential loans, balloon loans & fixed rate loans.

Rates for these loans will vary depending on which product is chosen. Your options will always be discussed with you at length so that you can make an educated decision on which product meets your personal & financial needs.

The balloon notes are serviced by our bank, whereas our fixed rate products are serviced by our secondary market company, Bankers' Bank.
